Balance between modernity and elegance

This project marks a major achievement at the 1000 de la Gauchetière Ouest tower. Following the renewal of its lease, Osler undertook a complete transformation of its workspaces, redesigned across two floors with the goal of creating a bright and open environment. Large windows allow abundant natural light to flow in, while custom integrated furniture structures the spaces with elegance.

The third floor is defined as a dynamic and versatile central hub. It brings together several shared kitchens, a large service kitchen, and a state-of-the-art conference center. Each area was designed to encourage interaction, support collaboration, and provide a welcoming environment for both employees and visitors.

The meticulous work carried out by MMR—particularly in the arrangement of walnut veneer—adds natural warmth and visual coherence throughout the spaces. Every detail was carefully considered to highlight the materials and create an atmosphere that is both contemporary and timeless.

Despite a tight schedule, the quality of execution and strong coordination among the teams made it possible to deliver a project that met expectations. This mandate showcases MMR’s expertise and its ability to bring an architectural vision to life within a refined and sustainable environment.
