Headquarters designed in the spirit of its products’ colors

Nomination for the Grands Prix du Design – 18th Edition, Gold Certification

The first phase of Keurig Dr Pepper’s new headquarters, located in Mile Ex, has just been completed. Spread over three floors, the design combines flexible workstations, wellness-focused amenities, and abundant natural light, creating a space that is both functional and inspiring for its occupants.

At the heart of the project, a central illuminated staircase serves as a striking visual and functional anchor. It connects the floors while embodying the energy and vitality of the brand. Surrounding this iconic element, the millwork features colors specific to each area, creating a cohesive and dynamic visual identity throughout the space.

To enhance this unique atmosphere, luminous discs integrated into the millwork evoke the effervescence of the brand’s iconic bubbles. Each disc is designed with its own level of transparency and brightness, producing a subtle play of light that animates the spaces. Achieving this sparkling effect required extremely precise coordination between the millwork, lighting, and design teams.
