Some projects carry a legacy; this one is simply its natural evolution.

Over a decade ago, P+R Desjardins Construction delivered the Tourisme Montréal offices on the 24th floor of 800 René-Lévesque Boulevard West. Ten years later, we were called back to transform them, a mandate we accepted with pride.

Executed through complex logistics, the designers reimagined every inch of the space, leaving nothing to chance. While Tourisme Montréal’s operations continued without interruption, the renovation introduced a striking new reception area and an inviting, communal kitchen. These unique designs stand out through their innovation, functionality, and warmth.

Adding a final, masterful touch, the walls now feature custom murals by Whatisadam. This bold identity grounds the entire project in the heart of Montreal, creating an atmosphere that is as inspiring as the city itself.
