A Visionary Workspace at Place Victoria

Hapag-Lloyd, a global leader in maritime transport, entrusted us with the creation of their new offices on the 44th and 45th floors of the iconic Place Victoria. From the project’s inception, the objective was clear: to develop an innovative, functional work environment aligned with the elite standards of an international corporation. An ambitious mandate, executed with mastery and precision.

At the heart of this project, MMR delivered custom architectural woodwork, designed and crafted in our own workshops. Every element was meticulously planned to integrate seamlessly with the building’s architecture while meeting the functional demands of a high-caliber workspace. Our work is a testament to irreproachable craftsmanship. The 18-week timeline was a significant challenge; to achieve it, we relied on rigorous planning from the initial workshop design phase, optimized manufacturing, and tight coordination with site teams. Whether in the shop or on-site, every material choice, assembly detail, and finish was guided by a constant demand for quality.

This project stands out for its original design. The reception area, notably, features a structure inspired by a shipping container, a direct tribute to Hapag-Lloyd’s DNA. This concept perfectly reflects our ability to push boundaries and propose creative, bespoke solutions. The final result is a perfect illustration of what we do best: delivering work environments that blend technical prowess, efficiency, and character. This success was made possible through the solid collaboration of all stakeholders involved.

Our sincere thanks to Hapag-Lloyd and all our partners for the trust placed in us throughout this project.
