State Street: Second round!

During 2019, State Street Global Advisors, the third largest asset manager in the world, renewed their confidence in P+R Desjardins and Atelier MMR by entrusting us with the construction of their new Canadian headquarters; 30,000 square feet on the 5th floor of 1981 McGill College.

The design of the space is of a contemporary, refined and chic style where utility is omnipresent. This built environment will withstand the effects of time. The construction was completed in 30 weeks, greatly facilitated by the project management team and that of the building owner.
