EQ Bank was seeking the ideal location for its brand-new offices. Their choice landed on the iconic Marine Building, located at 1411 Peel Street.

P+R Desjardins was mandated to create a functional and modern environment that seamlessly reflects EQ Bank’s distinct brand identity.

This mandate stood out for its unique dynamic. The design phase required extensive time and collaboration, ensuring every decision was carefully considered. Once the concept was finalized, construction had to be executed on a very tight schedule. In collaboration with ALEXIS HUR CONSULTING and the interior design firm Inside Studio, our team succeeded in creating a distinctive environment. The common areas were fully customized to meet the client’s vision.
