De Grandpré Chait

MMR continues their long collaboration with the law firm De Grandpré Chait, specializing in real estate law, construction law and business law, ranking 20th among legal firms in Quebec.

These lawyers chose to offer themselves a new environment equipped with day-to-day facilities with more open areas to promote teamwork, plenty of natural light and modular conference rooms according to varying needs.

The fit-up that we carried out for them occupies 36,000 square feet on the 25th & 26th floors of 800 René-Lévesque West, a building located in the heart of Montreal’s underground pedestrian network.

The carpentry and cabinetmaking work had to be manufactured, finished and installed in accordance with the Architectural Carpentry Standard (ACS) 2nd edition-2014 – quality grade “First Quality” by a contractor member in good standing of the Manufacturers Association of Carpentry Architectural du Canada (AWMAC).
