An exceptional corporate space

Located in downtown Montreal, the 23 000 square feet blank canvas was soon transformed in a beautiful and functional office space. From the bold light fixtures, wallpaper and veneer choices, a once cold concrete space was given a second light.

With the custom millwork, Atelier MMR, was able to give the large common area and multiple meeting spaces a coziness rarely found in a typical office fit out.

A preconstruction alliance with the design team was also an important aspect of the success of the project. Given the multitude of special finishes, and architectural details it was important to fine tune any potential issues ahead of construction to respect the tight schedule.
